Shipping & Delivery
NextRobo works with Canadian and North American manufacturers, distributors and fulfillment partners. Shipping methods, warehouse locations and delivery times can therefore vary by product.
Delivery timing
Estimated delivery timing depends on product availability, supplier or warehouse location, carrier service and the destination. When timing is important, contact us at sales@nextrobo.ca before ordering and we will confirm the best information currently available.
Direct fulfillment
Some products may ship directly from an authorized manufacturer, distributor or fulfillment partner rather than from a NextRobo-operated location. This helps us offer a broader range of specialized technology while keeping products closer to available inventory.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available from the carrier or fulfillment partner. Some freight, oversized or specialized shipments may use different tracking or delivery arrangements.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are based on the product, destination and available fulfillment method. Any shipping charge presented at checkout applies to that order unless we contact you before fulfillment because a specialized delivery arrangement is required.
